Not Looking Good for the Future of Britain

British police obey their muslim overlords, not the law. What do you do when the police cower in fear??

May 20 is Draw Mohammed Day!

Thursday, May 20th, 2010

Someone has declared May 20th to be Draw Mohammed Day, and I’m good with that.  What I don’t get is why people would be attracted to a false religion that encourages its adherents to blow themselves up, covers its women head to foot, honors a pederast prophet and generally seeks to win converts by killing people.  Am I missing something?

…then this will:

Rima Fakih, Miss USA 2010 winner: Lebanon-born Miss Michigan is first Arab-American to take crown

Rima’s family are – or were – Shiite muslim, though “her family celebrates elements of both the Muslim and Christian faiths.”

She was born in Lebanon, emigrated with her parents to the United States as a baby and attended Catholic school in New York City until her family moved to Michigan in 2003.

No word yet if the imams have issued a fatwah calling for her execution.

Is There Hope for Britain?

Sunday, May 9th, 2010

Two from the Flea.  First, the @#!*% that England is creating for itself by bowing to islam:

It seems that the British establishment is now openly at war with the British people.”

There are some suggestions that a police officer was seen to be ‘beaten to a near pulp’ by Muslims and that police managed to arrest the main perpetrator. Apparently Muslims activists said that if he was not released then they would riot in the town. I understand that they also threatened to riot if the ‘Rooftop Two’ were not removed from their position. Shortly afterwards I hear that the ‘Rooftop Two’ were tazered by police before being arrested. This as far as I am aware is unprecedented. It suggests that the police respond the Islamic pressure as though Islam is the source of the laws that they seek to enforce.

But there are men yet in England.

The Daily Mail reports the SAS launched a mission to rescue two of its men held hostage in Iraq against the orders of the Ministry of Defence.

The elite unit was pushed to the brink of mutiny after it was banned from saving the SAS soldiers captured by militants because to do so would embarrass the Government.

The astonishing edict drove SAS officers close to mass resignation, according to a hardhitting report by the Tory MP Adam Holloway, a former Guards officer.

The SAS Lieutenant-Colonel on the ground, believing that ‘politically motivated’ commanders in the UK were ‘unable to make rational and effective decisions’, sent in a rescue team anyway – fearful that within hours the captured men could have been spirited away or executed.

The rescuers blasted their way into the police station in Basra where the two soldiers were being held and saved them.

For which he should receive a medal Her Majesty’s government is unfit to award him.

Study Says Americans Are More Prejudiced Against Muslims

Thursday, January 21st, 2010

Hmmm.  Could it be because Christians, Jews and Buddhists aren’t actively trying to kill us on a routine basis?

Study: Americans More Prejudiced Against Muslims

NEW YORK  —  Americans are more than twice as likely to express prejudice against Muslims than they are against Christians, Jews or Buddhists, a new survey found. Nearly two-thirds of Americans say they have little or no knowledge of Islam. Still, a majority dislike the faith.

The analysis, for release Thursday, is from the Gallup World Religion Survey and is part of a project on finding ways to increase understanding between Americans and Muslims.

President Barack Obama and his administration want to improve America’s image in the Muslim world. Many analysts who study extremism also say that U.S. Muslims who feel alienated from broader society resist integrating, potentially becoming more vulnerable to radical ideas.

In the poll, just over half of Americans said they felt no prejudice against Muslims. However, 43 percent acknowledged at least “a little” prejudice against Muslims, a significantly higher percentage than for the other four faiths in the survey.

About 18 percent of respondents said they had some level of prejudice against Christians, while the figure was 15 percent toward Jews and 14 percent toward Buddhists.

Asked about knowledge of Islam, 63 percent of Americans say they have “very little” or “none at all.” A large majority of respondents believe most Muslims want peace. Yet, 53 percent of Americans say their opinion of the faith is “not too favorable” or “not favorable at all.” By comparison, 25 percent of Americans say they have unfavorable views of Judaism, while 7 percent say they have “some” or “a great deal” of prejudice toward Jews.

Hope for Britain – and Islam?

Perhaps there’s hope for Britain – and Islam – after all.

MUSLIM MOURNERS SHAME THE MILITANTS

By Padraic Flanagan (Express.co.uk)

MUSLIMS braved a blizzard yesterday to join hundreds in silent tribute to two soldiers killed in Afghanistan.

Their presence in Wootton Bassett was a public rebuke to hate preacher Anjem Choudary and his plan for an anti-war protest march through the Wiltshire market town where residents regularly lined the streets to honour British war dead flown home from Afghanistan to nearby RAF Lyneham.

The close-knit community came to a standstill as the Union flag-draped coffins of 19-year-old Aidan Howell and 23-year-old David Watson passed the crowds to spontaneous applause.

Among those paying their respects was Abdul Latif, 65, who has lived in Wootton Bassett since 1995 with wife Samina, 52. He attacked Choudary’s militant organisation Islam4UK as “extremists”.

He said: “I’ve been to these repatriations about 13 times and we have great sympathy with the families who have lost their children at war. They are fighting for all of us, not just their religions, but the whole country. We have great respect for everyone that passes through here.

“We sit here in peace and harmony while they fight for us. That’s why we come here to show our respects. Whatever my beliefs, they are human just like us.”

As a Christian, I have issues with Islam, but I’m happy and encouraged to see muslims standing up to the feral trash within their own faith who seek to tear down the world.  Good on ‘em.
